Interactive PowerPoint

We all know what PowerPoint is. In fact it offers much more interactivity than many people realize. Over the years probably this lack of realization has resulted in many presentations in which the audience is subjected to one boring slide after another, with little chance for interaction.
But thanks to interactive PowerPoint our presentations do not have to be this way. Interactive PowerPoint has proved to be a good way of teaching a foreign language in an attractive form.PowerPoint slides can contain hyperlinks that link our slides in a variety of ways. All these great things of interactive PowerPoint have been practiced by students in their presentations. The use of animations was an interesting point used during the presentations. For example some of them clicked a name so that a picture may appear and then another name and another picture again and again. Some others had their students to listen to something by using the sound effect in  order to help their students practicing their listening  and critical thinking skills, too.
To be honest, I had no idea how interactive PowerPoint worked until the day we had to prepare our own presentation.I used to watch some tutorials and learned anther great way of using interactive PowerPoint by using hyperlinks to open a specific file I wanted to address my students for learning more and more.
I feel more than ready to try out this tool and of course encourage my students to make use of this tool in all of their projects. But still I believe that a combination of both, the interactive PowerPoint and the use of blackboard would be the perfect way of teaching a foreign language.

Please feel free to ask me any question!
Thank you in advance✔
